Catch the Vision Ministries is a multi-faceted non-profit, 501(c)3 tax exempt service organization established to preach and teach the Gospel of Jesus Christ for the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ", according to Ephesians 4:12. Under the leadership of its founder and president Apostle Cathy Edmondson and through the use of various tools, media and ministry events, Catch the Vision Ministries moves by the Spirit of God, yielding to the operation of the Holy Spirit as He leads.

This website has been created with you in mind. We must prepare every man, woman, boy and girl for the battle that is at hand. This battle has its hand to hand conflicts and its wounds, it has its watchings and fatigues. It has sieges and assalts. It has its victories and its defeats.
It is of this warfare that Apostle Paul spoke to Timothy, when he wrote those burning words, "Fight the good fight of faith; lay hold on eternal life." You must understand that every true man and woman of God is a 'man of war'. We want to train you by strenghthening your desire for more of Him, igniting hunger for righteousness and eternal life.

Catch the Vision, Spirit of God Intl. Ministries is a non profit organization that began it's operation in December, 1995. The vision is to shout aloud, do not hold back, to raise a voice like a trumpet, to show my people (God's) their rebellion and to the house of Jacob their sins. Blow the trumpet among the nations, excavating the decay of infection which has beset the body, bringing refreshing through healing and deliverance revivals and crusades from city to city and state to state.
Moving in power within an atmosphere that yeilds completely to the Holy Spirit, demonstrating the signs, wonders and miracles of God. Prophetically proclaiming the unadulterated, uncompromised gospel of Jesus Christ to a lost, hurting and a dying world.
A covenant of love for his people, rebuilding, restoring and reassigning its desolate inheritances, saying to the captive, come out and to those in darkness, be free! Reinforcing holiness, righteousness and sanctification into the temples of God, instilling His will be done in earth as it is in heaven.
Teaching vision, purpose and destiny to prepare a people for the battle at hand, raising up warriors with renewed minds in Christ Jesus, who completely trust and believe the infallible word of God, walking by faith and not by sight as witnesses unto the uttermost parts of the earth.
God wants us to pray; He has commanded us to pray. In 1st Chronicles 16:11 we read, "Seek the Lord and his strength; seek His face continually." Psalm 50:15 we read, "Call upon Me in the day of trouble." This is a command. We sometimes lose sight of the command in our joy over the attached promise: "i will deliver thee." In Isaiah 55;6 we read, "Seek ye the Lord while He may be found; call upon Him while He is near."

Apostle Edmondson has been born of the Spirit, filled with the Holy Ghost and led by God into the apostolic, prophetic call by God.
For I determined to know nothing among you except Jesus Christ and Him crucified. My message and preaching were not in persuasive words of wisdom, but the demonstration of the Spirit and power. 2nd Cor 2:2
Apostle Edmondson has been adorned with the prophetic, apostolic mantle, prophetically proclaiming the unadulterated, uncompromised, gospel of Jesus Christ to a lost, hurting and a dying world. God has led her to study the ministry of His beloved generals, Maria Woodworth Etter, Aimee Simple Mcperson and Kathryn Kulman as the anointing and mantle that she is called to carry is that of like ministries. Apostle Edmondson believes in miracles. She has had over 15 years of background as a Christian minister in conference speaking, prophetic service, church leadership, and radio appearances. Cathy is an author in writing booklets and manuals and has produced many informative resources through the medias of tapes, videos, CD's and DVD's. She has published her first book, "Awake and Arise to the body of Christ" Her reputation in the Christian community is sincere, genuine, generous, honest, real, "cutting edge" along with controversial.
She has stated on many occasions, that if God does not do it, neither can she. If He does not show up, she has nothing to say. Her greatest desire is to be pleasing in His sight, a broken vessel, emptied of self and filled with Him. Humility is where she strives to remain.
